OVERVIEW: LIONCAT FILMS was born as a pure video production company, but is increasingly involved in the full “advertising journey” for clients – from planning and creative, through to print, web and video production. As we rapidly grow, we are seeking a JUNIOR PRODUCER / PRODUCER to join our lively production team - producing commercials, online videos, and occasionally documentary or longer-form work. This is a role with a lot of variety and opportunity for a young producer keen to deepen their production experience in an environment that will encourage and nurture personal growth. You’ll have at least two years of production experience and be comfortable liaising with clients and production crews alike. You are driven by producing exciting film work that is creative, unconventional and inspiring. IN MORE DETAIL:

• You are "an organiser".

• At least 2 year’s production (or project management) experience.

• Report to the head of production.

• Great communicator.

• Diligent note-taking and record-keeping.

• Quick thinker - can find smart ways to produce a director's vision.

• Sharp eye for detail.

• Can work confidently with teams, and alone.

• Develop an understanding of our clients’ needs.

• Develop strong working relationships with clients and film crews.

• Ability to start immediately will be an added advantage.

• Managing both small and large scale projects

• Supporting and encouraging team members to bring a film or video to life

• Ensuring projects stay within timescales and budget

• Refining processes with every production

• Generating clear and succinct project reports

• Engaging with creative teams to understand their progress with tasks

• Liaising with clients and members of the creative team, to keep projects running smoothly

• Presenting work to stakeholders for sign-off

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to meet deadlines

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work

• An understanding of both technical and creative processes

• Keen organisational skills

• Confidence to drive a team in order to get the best results for a project
