Monitor and maintain production environments, ensuring system uptime and performance
Respond to incidents, alerts, and user-reported issues in a timely manner
Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions
Execute and maintain scripts for job automation and system tasks
Perform data analysis using SQL queries to troubleshoot application/database issues
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve critical issues
Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and standard operating procedures
Participate in shift-based work schedules (if required), including weekends and holidays
Required Skills:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix command line
Good understanding of SQL and ability to write basic queries
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
