As a Junior Project Manager, you\'ll be involved in diverse local and overseas construction (interior-design) projects, working alongside experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience. My client is a globally recognized architectural company that specializes in retail design. Their expertise lies in crafting exceptional retail stores, showrooms, offices, and hotels. With extensive experience in end-to-end building and design management, they have successfully delivered numerous projects for renowned international retail brands and franchise partners throughout our illustrious years in the industry.

• Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and on time.
• Collaborate with the project team to monitor progress, track milestones, and identify potential risks.
• Help in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and progress reports.
• Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Participate in on-site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Assist in maintaining accurate project records and documentation for reference and reporting.
• Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes to address project challenges.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development to grow as a project management professional.
• Uphold safety standards and regulations throughout the project duration.

• Good communication and articulation due to liaison with international customers and stakeholders
• Self-driven and self-motivated individual with entrepreneurship
• Open to new knowledge and steep learning curve
• Interested to work in a lean organization but manage global projects with international branches
