Project Co-ordinator / Junior Project Manager - Technology & Digital Systems

Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator / Junior Project Manager to support execution and tracking of technology and digitalization projects (Automation, MES, CSV, or IT/OT) Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences. The role will involve project planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across engineering, QA, IT, and operations teams.
Support the Project Manager in maintaining project plans, dashboards, and action trackers.
Facilitate meetings, MOMs, risk registers, and follow-up actions.
Manage document control and review workflows (URS, design docs, protocols, test results, reports).
Assist in vendor coordination and progress tracking for technical deliverables.
Monitor milestones and prepare weekly status reports and project summaries.
Contribute to continuous improvement in project documentation and governance processes.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
2-6 years of experience in project coordination or junior PM roles, preferably in pharma / biotech / technology projects.
Good understanding of digital / automation / IT system lifecycles.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
