Job Description
Job Scope
- Quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
- Handles contract and tender documentation, understanding the requirements, preparing and submitting tenders in a timely manner.
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
- Collect, organize and keep records of relevant forms and documents required for project claim purpose. (Including variation orders and correspondences)
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Follows up effectively on payment certificate and payment with the clients.
- To handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues with clients.
- All other QS related job
- Degree / Diploma in QS/Building or its equivalent
- Experienced with 2 years and above
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
