Junior Quantity Surveyor Working hours : 5.5 days [ 9am - 6pm(Mon - Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat) ] Location: Bukit Merah Salary: $2600-$3200 Responsibilities: 1. Ensure contract review and tender review t Junior Quantity Surveyor Working hours : 5.5 days [ 9am - 6pm(Mon - Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat) ] Location: Bukit Merah Salary: $2600-$3200 Responsibilities: 1. Ensure contract review and tender review to meet customer requirements. 2. Assist in the implementation of company's policies regarding Integrated Management system (IMS) for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS)- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements at all levels and ensure it is maintained. 3. Ensure proper costing/ estimates based on conceptual design. 4. Sourcing of supplier's cost to back tender price. 5. Finalising and preparation of tender bid. 6. Review of changes during tender bid. 7. Ensure review of variation submission to client. 8. Analyse cost versus submission price. 9. If BQ contract, finalise cost with consultant at end of contract. Authorities: 1. Ensure bids are above cost. 2. Ensure cost cover all client's and consultant's requirement.
