Job Description
- Perform QS duties during pre and post-contract.
- Procurement administration of projects.
- Preparing letter of award and contract documents.
- Handling subcontractor’s claim and supplier’s payment & settlement of final accounts with consultants/sub-contractors/Suppliers.
- Involve in preparing regular cost reports including maintenance budget cost controls.
- QS experience in Building Construction.
- Relevant QS experience with the main contractor.
- Salary is based on experience
