As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Aligning candidates\' skills with clients\' requirements and establish promising career prospects for them in the tech sector.
• Engaging in discussions with clients to gain insights into their talent requirements.
• Cultivating robust candidate networks and establishing strong and trustworthy relationships with existing customers/clients.
• Identifying strategic partnerships with new clients whilst expanding your existing client portfolio.
• Collaborating with our senior leadership team to implement sales strategies.
• Engage in continuous training and professional development to enhance your understanding and proficiency in industry best practices.

You should possess:

• Prior experience in a customer facing role, whether in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• A team player who enjoys helping others around them
• A positive learning attitude and driven mindset
• Competitive spirit and an eagerness to be in sales and consulting.
