Monitor daily derivatives positions, reconcile broker reports, and prepare hedge reports for Traders and Management, including analysis of exposure and mark-to-market (MTM) profit/loss on physical and derivative portfolios.
Maintain and update accurate daily P&L positions for all executed trades, ensuring data integrity and timely reflection of deal economics.
Prepare daily Trading P&L reports for all physical books with commentary to explain profit and loss movements arising from market changes or deal adjustments.
Perform monthly P&L reconciliations with the Accounting team, analyzing and explaining any variances.
Support the analysis of trading performance, P&L attribution, and key risk metrics.
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations with Accounting to validate alignment between month-end stock and open futures positions.
Identify and escalate potential risks to Traders and Management, ensuring all deals comply with internal policies, including KYC, payment terms, and credit limit reviews.
Conduct KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) activities throughout the customer lifecycle -- from onboarding to periodic reviews -- providing end-to-end support within the First Line of Defense.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Trading department.
Support other ad-hoc analyses, projects, and reporting requirements as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelors' degree in Finance with 2 years' experience in the middle office or risk
Strong knowledge in Microsoft 365 excel and power query abilities
Able to commit to objectives in timeline set.
Proficient in MS Office applications, ETRM and MTM
Consistent detail while under pressure
Dynamic, hardworking, meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
