JOB DESCRIPTION The role of sales at FlySpaces consists in the following 4 key responsibilities:
  • Generate and optimize your own revenue thanks to your existing network.
  • Secure and close leads generated by the FlySpaces platform
  • Liaise on a daily basis with the various coworking space, serviced office operators and landlords across Singapore and the region
  • Report to the Managing Director and Head of Leasing on sales and business development performance on a weekly/ monthly basis.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  • Be the FlySpaces Ambassador and present it to landlord and tenant as the leading tech-enabled commercial real estate agency in SEA
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of FlySpaces through proposals and presentations to prospective tenants (leads)
  • Generate your own revenue through your existing network with a minimum revenue/ year
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets of FlySpaces in Singapore with the support of the Sales and Business Development team
  • Manage, support, assist the existing and upcoming sales and business development teams
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base by working closely with:
  • Operation/ Onboarding team
  • Marketing team
  • Business Development and Sales/ Agents teams
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients
  • Provide a weekly/ monthly report to the head of leasing
  • Effectively use the technology developed by the platform to enhance sales and provide outstanding experience to clients and suppliers
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • No experience up to 3-4 years experience in Sales (coworking/ serviced office/ property agent background with knowledge in office/ industrial/ retail leasing would be aplus)
  • Experience in Business Development and a proven track record of leasing/ sales deals and completed projects that brought great value to the organization.
  • Corporate Real estate market or Design and build Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of key property landmarks in Singapore as well as coworking space - serviced office operators and landlords in Singapore
  • Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English. Mandarin and Hokien would be a plus
  • Natural sales and management instincts and driven attitude mentality best describe the ideal candidate for the role
  • Hands-on mentality, excellent analytical as well as management skills
  • Reporting skills are essential for this role. You will be required to report to the management team on a weekly/ monthly basis
REMUNERATION
  • Commission only Or base salary + commission ranging from $2,800 to $5,500 subject to experience and track records
  • Commission can vary from 30% of each deal you close down to 10% subject to the salary structure
  • Annual leave of 14 days/ year
