We're looking for a

Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef (Pastry Department)

-- a hands-on leader who can bring both finesse and focus to a high-volume, artisanal pastry operation.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee daily pastry production -- from prep to finishing -- ensuring consistency, quality, and precision across all items Manage a team of pastry chefs, training and mentoring them in craftsmanship, timing, and discipline Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to execute and refine recipes, develop new creations, and maintain brand standards Balance artistry with efficiency -- scaling up production while preserving the handmade character of every product Maintain structure and organization on the kitchen floor, overseeing workflow, hygiene, and production targets

Who You Are

A pastry professional with

at least 4-6 years of experience

, including time in a leadership role within a

high-volume, artisanal pastry kitchen or central production unit

Deeply grounded in pastry fundamentals -- doughs, creams, mousses, glazes, and decoration techniques Confident in planning, delegating, and quality-checking large-scale daily outputs Calm under pressure, methodical in your work, and dedicated to bringing out the best in your team Passionate about the craft -- you take pride in every detail, from the crumb of a tart shell to the sheen of a glaze
