Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities. . Key responsibilities such as to work according to the menu specifications. . Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food productions. . Keep up to date with the new products and recipes. . Practice cleanliness, wastage, and cost control well. . Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: . Minimum culinary certificate and above . Beginners are welcome . Good communications . Passionate in cooking . Keen to learn and positive attitude . Be punctual and well disciplined . Full of energetic & spirit . Able to work on weekend & PH and working hours may vary in accordance to opening hours . Weekly rotation
