Junior Sous Chef / Management Trainee (Kitchen) Salary: $2,600 - $3,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
  • Key responsibilities such as to work according to the menu specifications.
  • Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food productions.
  • Keep up to date with the new products and recipes.
  • Practice cleanliness, wastage, and cost control well.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum culinary certificate and above
  • Beginners are welcome
  • Good communications
  • Passionate in cooking
  • Keen to learn and positive attitude
  • Be punctual and well disciplined
  • Full of energetic & spirit
  • Able to work on weekend & PH and working hours may vary in accordance to opening hours
  • Weekly rotation
