Job Highlights

To support the Head and Sous Chef delivering consistently high-quality food Job Responsibilities:
  • Consistently offer friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
  • Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all production items according to kitchen recipes and standards
  • Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in day-to-day work
  • Complete daily checks to ensure freshness and quality standards
  • Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimise wastage/spoilage
  • Have full knowledge of all production items
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • NO academic certification required
  • Possess basic culinary skills
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification
  • Available to work weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive, engaging personality, and team player spirit.
  • Strong task and time management abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Work Location: One location
