The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC Manufacturer of Automotive Wiring and Components they are seeking a Junior Sales Support Coordinator (Quotation, Maternity Cover) to join their business!
Possesses exceptional attention to detail, comfortable with high-volume data entry. Conducts daily liaison with internal stakeholders to coordinate and resolve issues related to invoices. Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table.

• Contract, maternity cover until 30 Jan 2026
• Location: Central region, near Labrador Park
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Transport Reimbursement + Pro-rated completion bonus based on completed months

The Job:

• Coordinate with internal departments in ensuring that the invoice and shipping documents are accurate
• Ensures timely notification and dispatch of shipping documents to customers and logistic providers
• Check and process the freight billing from the logistic providers
• Maintenance of payment process to suppliers and insurance application
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

The Talent:

• Strong in Excel (vlookup and pivot table)
• At least 1 - 2 years' working experience in any field
• Comfortable with data entry scope and handling large volume of data
