Our client is a leader in the Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Responsibilities
Provide support to sales by calling customers for advance stock orders and offering delivery updates.
Track customer orders against forecasts and prepare regular order status reports.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and follow up closely with customers.
Arrange packing, booking, collection, and delivery of goods and samples, including lab items, and update system records.
Check invoices from third-party logistics, transporters, and couriers; ensure charges are accurate and billed accordingly.
Follow up on outstanding payments by preparing SOAs and coordinating with customers.
Maintain and update product lists for submission to Finance for customs approvals.
Drive improvements and ensure adherence to order management business rules.
Provide audit documents and perform stock-take activities when required.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Business Management/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Min 5 years of experience in customer service or order fulfilment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Proven ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in SAP MM, OTC and SD modules.
