Junior Talent Acquisition Executive ( Only Singaporeans )Permanent5-day work week (9-5 pm)Location: MultipleJob Details:
Responsible for assisting in HR administration and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment pertaining to the advertisement, application screening, and interview arrangements.
- Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
- Preparation of HR-related letters (Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, staffing requisition letter etc.)
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
- Minimum Diploma obtained from local government Polytechnics / Degree
- No relevant working experience is required. Training will be provided.
- Only Singaporeans
- Fluent in Mandarin
Contract length: 6 monthsSalary: From $3,000.00 per monthBenefits:
