DESIGNATION : Talent Acquisition Executive (1 year contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, your responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, interview, coordinate selection assessment and hosting or participating in recruitment events. This role will be critical in timely hiring of talent through traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.
This is a 1-year contract with the possibility to extend or convert to a permanent role depending on performance.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare job description, determine selection criteria, identify suitable sourcing channels and place job advertisements
  • Screen potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Interview and coordinate selection assessments
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, etc.
  • Keep abreast on industry trends, innovative recruitment sourcing techniques and local employment laws to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines
  • Create and maintain a network and pipeline of potential talent to fill future and planned roles
  • Responsible for accurate input of Application Tracking System and prepare monthly recruitment report


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting for Retail industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing techniques, with good track record of mass recruitment
  • Extensive knowledge of Application Tracking System, social network platforms, online communities
  • Confident and articulate, with good people and skills judgement ability
  • High energy and drive to deliver successful hires within stipulated timelines
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
