Your Responsibilities: -

Responsible full spectrum of HR functions including talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and etc.
Handle permit requirements, mom regulations, on/offboarding and liasie with agencies
Manage compensation & benefits, benchmarking, jobgrading, performance management
Oversee HR administrative work, office suppliers and organize events
