- Open Basic + AWS + VB
- 5 Days office hours

- Responsible for maintenance of manufacturing machinery, plant equipment and building facilities in working conditions and comply to safety standards
- Performed Preventive Maintenance follow standard operating procedure documented and strive for high uptime to reduce repair time
- Manage maintenance service contracts for key facilities such as Chiller plant, AHU, Cooling Towers, Fire Protection system, Security CCTV system, BMS and Air Compressor
- Oversee the maintenance tasks and to upkeep the maintenance records and control maintenance cost
- Adhere to ISO standards for all works carried out
- Liaise and inspect job installation, servicing and supervise maintenance technician
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of safety requirements, Electrical & Mechanical with analytical and troubleshooting skills, PLC will be an added advantage.
