JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel Capital is a premier asset manager in Asia, and it is the asset management arm of Keppel Corporation Limited. With assets under management of approximately S$50 billion, Keppel Capital has a diversified portfolio that includes real estate, infrastructure and data centre properties in key global markets.
The Alpha Investment Partners Limited is the real estate private equity arm of Keppel Capital that aims to add value for investors by seeking innovative solutions throughout its investment process. This role will be in the investment teams looking at acquisitions of real estate assets.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
Assist in real estate market research.
Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis.
Assist seniors in preparing internal approval memos and other documentations.
Learning Outcomes:
Acquire knowledge of real estate markets.
Understand key factors in evaluating real estate investments.
Develop analytical skills and financial modeling skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Independent, diligent and takes initiative at work.
Strong Analytical Skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
