This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Support various Finance sub-teams in their routine duties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in projects/initiatives (including systems related), if any. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with ad-hoc matters, whenever needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in half year financial reporting. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to and gain understanding of the Finance spectrum. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning opportunities in areas of real estate, REIT management, capital management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Accountancy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Excel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enthusiastic with technology.
