JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel FM & IM is a premier asset manager in Asia, and it is the asset management arm of Keppel Corporation Limited. With assets under management of approximately S$50 billion, Keppel FM & IM has a diversified portfolio that includes real estate, infrastructure and data centre properties in key global markets. The KRML Asset Management is responsible for the management of the office properties under Keppel REIT. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with asset managers on leasing & operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with sustainability manager on ESG related issues. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Learn more about the emerging field of sustainability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learn more about ESG related issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in real estate or finance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail oriented with a strong desire to learn.
