JOB DESCRIPTION

This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Interior design. Able to produce spatial digital components and have sensible space planning skills. Able to use programs such as Sketchup and Autocad. \xe2\x80\xa2 Digital modeling/IOT tech background. have interest/knowledge on digital applications and coordinating the product development of them. \xe2\x80\xa2 Workscope will include research, spatial studies, programs integration & initiatives coordination. Able to work closely with the team, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects/events/innovation initiatives. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning and exposure in areas of experience integration strategies within the building asset ecosystem operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to various components across Keppel businesses - funds/asset management, sustainability and building solutions, enterprise solutions, commercial operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong in interior spatial planning and digital visual modeling and graphics aesthetics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interests in IOT technology, tech-savvy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong in research, spatial studies, programs integration & initiatives coordination.
