Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the evaluation of investment deals - including market research, financial feasibility studies/cash flow modelling, understanding of market/asset fundamentals for inputs into the cashflow model. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare investment paper/analysis for discussions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating with other teams (asset management, transaction advisory) in reviewing the transaction and deal execution process. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning on investment analysis for a real estate deal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to working with different stake holders and departments to execute a transaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong financial and cashflow modelling skills (including DCF). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Excel & powerpoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good attitude - team player with a strong initiative and the ability to perform with minimal supervision and within tight timeframes.
