JOB DESCRIPTION

The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the evaluation of deals relating to the urban living sector, e.g. student housing and multifamily. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate investment pipeline alongside the investment team from collaborating with external stakeholders, research, due diligence, preparing investment memorandums and presentations, to deal closing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform market research and analysis on competitions and industry trends to identify potential targets and size markets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the team by maintaining a robust internal database of the invested platform through financial/valuation analysis. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Acquire knowledge of real estate private markets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand key factors in evaluating real estate investments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hone analytical skills and financial modelling skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business, Economics or Real Estate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keen interest in real estate, alternative investments and asset management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have basic to intermediate skills in financial modelling, financial statement analysis and valuation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in using Bloomberg/other data platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and be an active team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. \xe2\x80\xa2Have high level of personal integrity and is committed to deliver high quality of work.
