JOB DESCRIPTION

This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. This internship will encompass masterplanning and architecture, and integration of sustainable urban solutions into the project. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out simulation / design feasibility \xe2\x80\x93 to be able to carry out 3d massing study (rendering not critical). Understanding of GPR and floor plans is necessary. Intern will be guided to be able to carry out massing study based on internal key parameters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in preparation of presentation materials, documentations, etc to internal and external stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out research on development issues such as URA requirements, benchmark study, etc. Learning Outcome: \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of how a project is incepted. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of integration of architecture, planning and sustainability.
