As an intern, you will play a crucial role in working across functions and teams to integrate strategy required to deliver improved holistic business insights.JOB DESCRIPTIONYour responsibilities include:Supporting the development, review, and implementation of innovative data strategies for Keppels portfolio of assetsWorking in partnership with business teams and portfolio managers to identify opportunities to source and utilize data that can drive growth and productivityGathering, evaluating and unifying requirements from key stakeholders of the asset management division to define performance indicators and quality metricsFacilitating stakeholders in identifying technology challenges and supporting them in defining project requirementsSummarizing and communicating requirements to internal or external technical development teams, while supporting them with feedback and managing stakeholder expectations during implementationPreparing, consolidating and presenting periodic reports to key stakeholdersJOB REQUIREMENTSJOB REQUIREMENTA curious data enthusiast with a passion for strategy, technology and problem solvingDegree in business, real estate, engineering or equivalent disciplines (MBA highly preferred)Relevant working experience in a role with exposure to data and insightsExcellent communicator with proven stakeholder management experienceStrategic and critical thinking mindset with ability to articulate concepts, strategies and challenges to business and technology teamsStrong analytical skills with a good understanding of data lifecycle and data management techniquesSelf-starter having the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent business reporting and Powerpoint presentation skills.
