This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the identification of new sustainability policies, rating systems and guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the identification of building technologies and solutions relevant to these sustainability policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the acquisition and analysis of building data and commercial outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform marketing activities including the preparation of materials, and assisting in the set-up and hosting of delegation tours. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify workplace solutions and perform workspace planning activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare presentation materials relevant to the above.
