This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: Support in administration works for defects, service reports filing, license renewal, authorities checks/inspections and etc Support Ops team in managing special project such as urban farming Assist in ISO/EHS/GM documentations Support on ground staff to do periodic checks on building defects Assist in other administrative scope as minutes taking, calling of quotations Follow up on tenant fitting out works Learning Outcomes: Gain a better understanding of retail managementJOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skillsets Proficient in MS officeBUSINESS SEGMENTReal EstatePLATFORMOperating Division
