This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes. The intern will be responsible in the following: Assist with the analysis and evaluation of real estate investment/ divestment pipeline including market research, financial feasibility studies, cashflow modelling, asset and property inputs for deals underwriting Prepare investment memorandum, presentations and other relevant materials for discussion and approvals Independently source for transaction/ leasing comparables, market news/ data points and research reports Support and collaborate with other internal/ external stakeholders such as Sustainable Urban Renewal (SUR) teams, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, Asset Management in reviewing the transaction, due diligence and deal execution process Learning Outcomes: Acquire knowledge in real estate private markets and understand the key factors for deal transactions Develop research, analytical and financial modelling skills Gain exposure and learn from different stakeholders during the evaluation and execution of a deal prospectJOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, takes initiative and an active team player Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Able to perform with minimal supervision to deliver high quality of work within tight timeframes Strong financial and cashflow modelling skillsBUSINESS SEGMENTReal EstatePLATFORMInvestment
