The Opportunity
- Working with well-established FMCG company that does food product
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday, Flexi working hours (Hybrid)
- Location: Central
- Minimum bachelor\'s degree in management, Economic, Entrepreneurship/ Digital Commerce or any other related discipline
- Experience in sales, digital commerce or other related role for 1 years
- Good knowledge in FMCG product.
- Customer focused and deliver product and service according to customer needs
- Good knowledge in distribution and sales process
- Able to work well with multiple stakeholders
- Work well in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Assist with the growth and profitability Malaysia and Singapore Digital Commerce in assigned platform including distributor management
- Translating digital commerce strategy into specific customer business plans
- Drive operations, supply, perfect digital activation, perfect digital store and category leadership, to grow ahead of the specific food category.
- Build good partnership with customers, e-distributors, and agency partners
- Make fact-based choices using the data analytics and financial modeling.
- Maintain optimal portfolio and pricing according to shopper and channel needs, and within guideline.
