Adecco is partnering with an international co-working space/shared facility organization, and they are looking for a Community Sales Manager to join their expanding team!

• Lead morning meetings and briefing with the team
• Provide strong customer service and client servicing skills to the clients upon arrival to the centre
• Gudie clients on how the facilities are to be used and assist them as and when requried
• Attend to inbound sales leads/enquires and share about the benefits of utilizing the organization\'s facility/space
• Upsell any other cross-servicing offerings
• Host monthly operations meetings for Community Sales Managers from local cluster of centres, along with the regional Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

• A good communicator, used to dealing with customers - ideally in the hospitality or events industry
• Confident, approachable and able to build strong relationships with customers
• A great manager, who leads by example and knows how to motivate and inspire a team
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
