Manages Key Accounts with the end goal of meeting business KPIs: sell-out, offtake, inventory, availability, range, & assortment.
Develops trust-based relationship with major Customers by providing win-win solutions to an ever increasing complex market dynamics
Manages resources : trade spending and net revenue management
Performs business review and deep dive analysis: identify opportunities, risk management, competitive analysis, and establish long-term plans for major Customers.
Monitors and tracks performance against pre-set targets. Decides on corrective action plans necessary to stay on-course versus business objectives
Collects and organizes competitive reports to ensure that offensive and defensive action plans remain relevant or effective.
Prepares overall customer annual business plan which covers Trading Terms and Strategic Programs aligned to internal Commercial Policy
WHO YOU ARE:
Mimimum possess a College Degree in Marketing / Business Administration.
Minimum 3 years of experience working as KAM or DDM in FMCG, OTC and other related industries
Experienced in the capacity of a Senior KAM with minimum 5 years experience in Sales is an added advantage
Strong experience handling MDC, Watsons and SSD acccounts
Possess strong negotiation skills,
Strong key account & distributor management experience and customers focused,
Results-driven and collaborates.
Capable of working with minimal supervision
