Key Account Manager




YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages Key Accounts with the end goal of meeting business KPIs: sell-out, offtake, inventory, availability, range, & assortment.
• Develops trust-based relationship with major Customers by providing win-win solutions to an ever increasing complex market dynamics
• Manages resources : trade spending and net revenue management
• Performs business review and deep dive analysis: identify opportunities, risk management, competitive analysis, and establish long-term plans for major Customers.
• Monitors and tracks performance against pre-set targets. Decides on corrective action plans necessary to stay on-course versus business objectives
• Collects and organizes competitive reports to ensure that offensive and defensive action plans remain relevant or effective.
• Prepares overall customer annual business plan which covers Trading Terms and Strategic Programs aligned to internal Commercial Policy

WHO YOU ARE:

• Mimimum possess a College Degree in Marketing / Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as KAM or DDM in FMCG, OTC and other related industries
• Experienced in the capacity of a Senior KAM with minimum 5 years experience in Sales is an added advantage
• Strong experience handling MDC, Watsons and SSD acccounts
• Possess strong negotiation skills,
• Strong key account & distributor management experience and customers focused,
• Results-driven and collaborates.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
