Responsibilities:

  • Formulates Strategic Plan for the Army Account, taking into account Joint and DIS needs.
  • Derive appropriate marketing/business development plans.
  • Regularly engages customers.
  • Broadens the customer\xe2\x80\x99s understanding of Thales solutions.
  • Develops the sales pipeline.
  • Prepares, contributes or leads discussions in the submission of bids and proposals.
  • Establishes and monitors order intake forecasts in support of the Sales Ops Team.
  • Engagement of other local/overseas industry partners for projects.
  • Support internal entities like research, strategy and marketing, comms team, etc.
Requirements:
  • University degree in relevant discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience working with defense-related work or in the Republic of Singapore Army. Knowledge in Army CONOPS is preferred.
  • Inter-personal skills with customer-focus, is paramount to build good rapport and trust rapidly with both partners and customers.
  • Good team spirit with good communication skills (verbal/written) is paramount for internal stakeholder management.
  • Results-oriented, analytical, good attention to detail.
  • Previous sales or project management experience is an advantage.
