You will focus on growing and developing existing clients , as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. Responsibilities

• Team Management - Plan and monitor team performance
• To achieve monthly set sales targets for assigned accounts
• To work collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics/Warehousing departments to ensure sales objectives are met
• To work closely with Sales Operations team on assigned accounts to ensure sales, distribution, merchandising opportunities are maximized to achieve monthly set targets
• To monitor and track LME to ensure trade spend are within budget set
• To monitor service level of assigned accounts and minimize loss of sales opportunities
• To conduct quarterly or bi-yearly business reviews with assigned accounts to improve sales performance and to further develop company business
• To work closely with Finance on billing issues and resolve the matter

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administation or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Key Accounts Manager (FMCG environment)
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Possess Class 3 license and currently owns a car to visit stores
