Job Description
Job Highlights:
- Basic range from $4000 - $8000 (depending on experience) + AWS + VB
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Office at the central area (Nearest MRT Newton)
- Freight forwarding company
- MNC
- Ensure that KPIs are met and that excellent core client relationships are maintained
- Build and cultivate relationships with key accounts and contacts
- Manage and maintain pipelines, responding to requests for information in a timely manner and proactively and responsively engaging prospective customers
- Keep up-to-date with the market, including competitors, carriers, and manufacturers/customers, to stay informed on market trends, fluctuations, and changes
- Provide timely responses to Tenders/RFQs
- Coordinate air and sea freight pricing requirements
- Collaborate with product teams on port-to-port rates and charges, and negotiate rates with air and sea freight carriers as necessary
- Interact effectively with other departments, including account management, operations and logistics teams, and finance department
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of key account management in Freight Forwarding
- CargoWise Knowledge is an added advantage
