You will be joining a global MNC in ground transportation & chauffeuring services provider, with a team of over 150 employees worldwide based across 8 cities. The company prides themselves as a world class provider with an obsession for customer excellence and quality.
They are now looking for a motivated & strategic Key Account Manager to manage their top-tier accounts across SEA and to onboard new customers.
Responsibilities
Develop strong and productive relationships with customers to meet their service expectations and create a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Handle all reservations and answer customer enquiries via online booking platforms
Be responsible for complaint handling.
To liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate client requirements and coordinate with the service vendors to meet customer expectations
Establish e-sales channel and plan according to the development strategies for key client accounts
Deliver training programs on product knowledge and the use of multiple online booking platforms to APAC end-users
Requirements
Preferably Degree holder or equivalent
Min. 3 - 6 years' experience in a sales, business development, or account management role preferably in Hospitality (Hotels), Corporate Travel, Ground Transportation, or Tourism Services industry.
Good project management skill and handle multi-tasks independently to meet tight deadlines
Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Base Salary range $4,800 to $6,000/month, excluding bonuses.
