As a Key Account Manager (F&B), you will:-

• Establish, grow and maintain a strong relationships with merchants through consistent engagement and ensuring high level of merchant satisfaction
• Uncover current needs and pain points of merchants and address any challenges effectively and efficiently
• Take ownership of tasks and targets assigned and deliver in a timely manner
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure success of solutions for merchants
• Stay up-to-date on market and industry trends and developments and ideate strategies to win the market
• Consistently gather feedback and uncover evolving needs and pain points of existing merchants
• Display professionalism and ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards

• At least 2 years of experience in key account management in e-Commerce/fintech industry and knowledge of the F&B industry is highly preferred
• Strong track record in C-Level negotiations and possess an ability to understand the different nuances in negotiation
• Effectively bilingual with strong verbal and written communication
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A keen learner with an inquisitive mind
• Tenacious and able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, proactive and driven
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Adept at working and communicating with various internal stakeholders
