As the Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the company Client Management to ensure the implementation and delivery of client requirements. You will work closely with Client Management, Global and Regional Hubs to manage day-to-day client delivery process. Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring a thorough understanding and proper implementation of newly agreed-upon requirements with existing clients by hub and regional centers.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients.
  • Proficiently comprehending and interpreting the contractual terms that govern client relationships.
  • Diligently following up on meetings to ensure prompt and complete implementation of action points, with confirmation provided to the client manager.
  • Tracking client performance, including: following up client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing monthly reports, managing system logins maintenance, ensuring that port cost templates remain current.
  • Establishing new client setups in alignment with client manager/client agreements, involving: hub and system configuration, ensuring comprehension and implementation of working/financial procedures by global hub and regional centers.
  • Conducting daily monitoring of initial start-up calls at both the hub and regional/local levels.
  • Delivering ongoing remote training to client staff.
Job Requirements:
  • Prior exposure to port agency operations and customer service.
  • Preference for experience within an international hub-based setting.
  • A well-organized individual with the capability to analyze and enhance processes.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • An essential team player.
  • Exhibits excellent customer service attitude, including a professional telephone manner.
  • Expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Highly motivated and capable of achieving defined goals and measurable accomplishments.
  • Possess outstanding time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Possess proficient IT skills and the ability to swiftly grasp new operating systems.
  • Cultivate positive business relationships with clients.
  • Exhibit the ability to adhere to stringent deadlines and achieve set targets.
  • Show a willingness to investigate and resolve inquiries, whether they arise internally or externally.
  • Maintain organized records and follow-up procedures.
