To achieve monthly set sales targets for assigned accounts
To work collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics/Warehousing departments to ensure sales objectives are met
To work closely with Sales Operations team on assigned accounts to ensure sales, distribution, merchandising opportunities are maximized to achieve monthly set targets
To monitor and track LME to ensure trade spend are within budget set
To analyze customer category & brand sales and evaluate promotions of assigned accounts for business opportunities to grow sales, volume and distribution
To build rapport and good business relationships with customers and serve as valuable company conduit to ensure company interest are protected whilst meeting customer and consumer needs
To monitor service level of assigned accounts and minimize lost of sales opportunities
To provide feedback on trade and competitors\' market developments to ensure company will always stay relevant with the trade customers
To conduct quarterly or bi-yearly business reviews with assigned accounts to improve sales performance and to further develop company business
To work closely with Finance on billing issues and resolve the matter
Pre-Requisites
Candidates must possess a Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Business Administration
At least 2 - 3 years of Key Accounts Management in FMCG environment
Possess good negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Good interpersonal and numeric skills
Proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint
Possess Class 3 license and currently owns a car to conduct client visits
