Kitchen Assistant/ Cook Working hours : 44 hours & 6 days per week Operation time: 11.30am to 9.30pm /10pm Salary : $1600-$2400 Working Location: Serangoon / DownTown East Responsibilities: Kitchen Assistant/ Cook Working hours : 44 hours & 6 days per week Operation time: 11.30am to 9.30pm /10pm Salary : $1600-$2400 Working Location: Serangoon / DownTown East Responsibilities: Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities in the kitchen. Assist Management to develop or modify menus. Assist in inventory and managing of supplies. Recruit supervises kitchen staff, schedule staff accordingly to operational needs. Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes and portions serving correctly. Motivate and coach staff to perform better in their respective roles. Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs. Perform administrative duties. Liaise with the Chefs regarding any menu or food issues.
