Assist in the preparation of dim sum items
Handle production machinery and handmade dim sum
Support the dim sum chef in ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, steaming, and packaging
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the work area according to food safety standards
Label and store ingredients and finished products appropriately
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of traditional dim sum items and cooking techniques is an advantage
Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety protocols
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
Physical stamina to stand for long periods
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
6 days' work week (Mon to Fri, 074hrs to 1700hrs & Sat 0745hrs to 1630hrs)
