Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a range of dim sum items (e.g. dumplings, buns, rolls, congee, etc.) according to company recipes and standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes.
Manage daily ingredient preparation and inventory usage.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
Adhere to food safety, SFA, and NEA hygiene regulations.
