Working Hours

Mon - Thu:

7:00am to 4:30pm (includes 45-min lunch break)

Fri:

7:00am to 4:00pm (includes 45-min lunch break)

Exam periods:

May need to stay until 6:00pm (extra hours can be offset by leaving early on other days)

Off days:

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

Job Responsibilities

Help prepare utensils and ingredients for teachers and students during cooking/practical lessons and exams Keep the kitchen (NFS rooms), utensils, and equipment clean and tidy Regularly check and clear expired or spoiled food from the fridge, and wipe shelves Support teachers in cleaning and checking equipment after lessons Lock up and secure kitchen rooms when not in use Report any equipment faults or maintenance issues Assist with stock-taking of utensils and equipment Perform other duties assigned by the school when needed

Requirements

Able to understand simple English and Mandarin At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Familiar with basic kitchen appliances and safety practices Holds a valid

WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate

Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
