Job Description

KITCHEN ASSISTANT: (Food Manufacturing)


Must have at least 3 years of culinary operation experience in food manufacturing business.


Liaise with Clients on their product requirements and expectations.


Able to monitor/direct the kitchen's full operations.





Communicate and relate effectively at the workplace. Comply with workplace safety and health policies and procedures. Demonstrate basic knife skills. Engage in service innovation initiatives. Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures. Grill ready-to-use products. Maintain food and beverage production environment. Maintain quality control procedures. Maintain safe and secure working environment. Prepare Western cold sauces. Prepare fish and seafood for cooking. Prepare meat and poultry for cooking. Prepare vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms. Receive and store products. Understand halal food requirements. Work in a team. * Ensure timely delivery of all food products. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
