Assist cooks in food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing area
Wash and store utensils, equipment, and dishes properly
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items
Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
Perform other general kitchen duties as assigned by the Cook or Kitchen Supervisor
