Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated and reliable assistant to the Head Chef. The general duties of the Assistant Cook is as follows,
- All food ingredients preparation.
- Maintain compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory.
- Maintain work site and equipments.
- All other adhoc duties as required of by the supervising chef
- Experience in a similiar role and setting is of utmost importance
- Discplined enough to work without supervision
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Working on public holidays, weekends & daily OT is required
