Wash and clean all cooking utensils after every meal
Prepare and serve ready meals for residents when required
To adopt the First-In First-Out method for maintaining of all sundries and food items and ensure accurate stock level
To assist in preparation of all meals in the absence of the Cook.
Requirements
Primary/Secondary School/GCE \'N\' or \'O\' Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC
Minimum 1 year working experience
Possess a current basic food hygiene certificate would be an advantage
Motivated with positive attitude to learn
Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays
Qualifications:
