Job Description

General Duties:

• Ensure a clean and safe workplace environment, maintaining equipment and cleanliness.
• Provide logistical support for FCE/NFS lessons, school events, and activities, including furniture and equipment arrangements and transportation.
• Assist with simple administrative and office tasks.
• Prepare ingredients, equipment, apparatus, and substances for food laboratory lessons and examinations.
• Review goods from suppliers and verify their conformity with delivery orders.
• Fulfill any other assigned duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with GCE \'N\' level passes; those without GCE \'N\' level and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply.
• Maintaining the general cleanliness and safety of equipment and the workplace
• Providing logistical Support for FCE/NFS lessons, school events and activities, including transporting and arranging furniture and equipment
• Simple administrative and office work
• Able to use MS Word and/or MS Excel - Assisting with the preparation of ingredients, equipment, apparatus and substances for food laboratory lessons and examinations
• Any other assigned duties
• Relevant experience in food industry/food laboratory.
• Relevant experience working in a school environment.

Working hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm - 30 Mins lunch break
• Fridays:7.00 am to 3:30 pm- 30 Mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays

Additional info:

• Contract Period: 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
• The timing might change based on school needs. School will communicate with the personnel 2 weeks in advance
• With option to extend (Discretion)
• This is an outsource role
